Sick or Concerned ?
TALK BEFORE YOU WALK
Coronavirus is highly contagious. First CALL your local health care provider or Aggie Health and Wellness Center (AHWC) 575-646-1512 to avoid exposing others. The New Mexico Department of Health has established a COVID-19 hotline at 1-855-600-3453. If your symptoms are severe, your health care provider will be able to further direct you. You may need to go to the Emergency Room but CALL them first.
REST BEFORE YOU TEST
Testing CANNOT be done at AHWC or your local Urgent Care Clinic or hospital. It can only be done through the NM Department of Health.
TAKE CARE BEFORE YOU SHARE
Wash your hands—20 seconds with soap and water many times a day.
Cover your cough—Catch that cough and those sneezes in Kleenex and discard.
Avoid the public—For milder cases, you may be your own best nurse! Stay home, chill, Dayquil, Nyquil, rest and fluids.
